Samuel

"Samuel first attended Play Away when he was just under six months old. He settled in brilliantly, thanks to the nurturing and support shown by the fantastic Owl Babies Staff. From the very beginning the staff encouraged a partnership approach to our son’s development, through excellent 1:1 communication and individualised care. The detailed handover approach was supported by staff coordinating activities to match our home life and to enhance his early years development. Most importantly our son is happy and clearly thriving in a caring, fun, safe environment full of laughter and friendship. As first time parents this support has been fantastic and has ensured that we have always left our son in the mornings safe in the knowledge that he will be cared for, challenged and guided by such a fantastic group of people. Now he is in Hungry Caterpillars he finds himself charging around the garden with his friends, building, painting and having a brilliant time and he has a personal Chef- we think he is very lucky indeed!"

Dylan & Danique

"May I take this opportunity to thank you all at Play Away Nursery for all the care you have given Dylan and Danique. As a parent it is difficult to choose who should look after your children when you’re at work, but I feel we have made the right choice. You have given our twins a great start in their lives and prepared them very well to become independent, confident and inquisitive children.

Throughout their three years at Play Away, they have always had caring key workers who formed strong bonds with the children and worked well with us as parents, informing us about their days at nursery. Although Dylan and Danique are quite looking forward to starting “big” school, I know they will be sad to leave the nursery, staff and their friends behind. Thank you for all you have done, you have certainly given our twins a great start and given me a relaxing time at work, knowing that the children were very well cared for and looked after."

Matilda

"Matilda has had a wonderful four years at Play Away, during which time she’s made some lovely friendships, grown and developed as a person, emotionally, physically, and intellectually, and had a great deal of fun all the way.

My husband and I have been extremely happy with the care Matilda has received from all the staff at Play Away and have enjoyed watching her progress, and bring home all that art work!

We are really sad that her time at the nursery has to come to an end when she starts school this September, but we are grateful to all the staff for looking after her so well throughout her exciting journey from (Owl) Babies to (Paddington’s) Pre-School. We will miss you!"
